Conton Tournament Anytime
Just overrides the TSD trigger conditions for the Conton Tournament, so that it can be played both offline and anytime.
To watch the initial cutscene talk to the right World Tournament Announcer (before you play the first Tournament mission). To play the Tournament missions talk to Trunks.

1.17 - Updated for 1.17.01. Still has a bug with the right World Tournament Announcer just saying his usual line, but I'm too lazy to fix that now. Might fix in the future.
