Download the Patcher and Installer by Eternity to install the mod, after that go to the skill shop buy it and equip it.

Vegeta

Download the Patcher and Installer by Eternity to install the mod, to make Vegeta use the skill download Mugen's Old Lib and use the CUS Editor, remember the order that you installed both versions, if you installed the vegeta version first then it should be on top of the list.
