Demon King Piccolo (5.0 Update)

After months of Anticipation here is the full release of Demon King Piccolo!

Demon King Piccolo is one of few characters I can actually see DIMPs adding to Xenoverse 2.

He is equipped with 3 new skills:

Tyrant's Decree, Demon Burst, and Final Burst Cannon.

As well as a custom Moveset, Audio, and Unique Animations.
