Emd Material ID Changer
I've made a simple tool to automatically change material texture IDs inside emd files. Now there is no need to hex-edit emds after every edit.
How to use:
- Drag-and-drop emd file onto the exe (it doesn't need to be in the same directory)
- Set the material IDs inside the generated configuration file
- Drag-and-drop emd file again
If number of materials inside the emd were to change, you need to delete the config file and generate it again.
UPDATE It turns out there was a bug that occurred if the file had a lot of materials with long names. If any of you still find an emd file that isn't working, please tell me in the comments. Also, program will no longer pause each time it generates a new config file - sorry for that annoying behavior.
No instalation needed. Can be used from and directory.
