Faster One-Handed Kamehameha

Well, the title above is probably a bit simplyfing things, so lets go into detail.

This is an edited version of the One-Handed Kamehameha MKII. that aims to make it a more straightforward beam ultimate. The idea is that the initial beam is relatively weak but easy to land while most of the power comes from the extension.

Compared to the original the backflip has been removed so you can always fire immediately and the animation itself has been speed up so it can be comboed a lot easier into. Damage has also been increased, especially for the extension. In exchange it is no longer possible to use this move to break out of a combo.

Also, the original move did not play any voice clips for anyone but Future Gohan. This has been fixed.

The initial attack costs 300 Ki. The extension costs an additional 200 Ki and 200 Stamina.
