This is such a common complaint with such a simple answer. The devs have to release content that is *balanced* this means if a move is flashy and long, it will require a lot of time to make it usable in online play otherwise the players will obviously make a fuss (look at beast transformation rn, people complain that the animation is too long). Furthermore the devs have proved time and time again that they’re capable of making cinematic attacks, but of course they have to condense it down due to balancing issues.

nah lets stop the cap right now, these mfs are lazy as hell, most of the new characters we get don’t even have their iconic moves half the time, just look at PA Piccolo that got neither his new special beam cannon, or his rock throw, the Orange Piccolo that doesn’t even have his End of movie grab, only some shitty super that has been in the game since day 1.
Lets stop saying they aren’t lazy because this is just wrong
