There is a rather unfortunate issue with the vanilla Hell Flash involving the desecration of transformations. No longer! You can now quite happily use this skill as a Super Saiyan or on characters with transformations and not visually revert to base form.

Don't use this on Android 16...

This mod requires Eternity's Xenoverse 2 Mods Installer.
