Frieza Race Nape Fix

This is a fix to the Frieza races nape issue (visible only when using a couple of the race specific armors with the cooler or rezok head) where there is a small chunk missing form the model. This will not effect the gem textures or black lines at all! to use it, you'll need to equip general blue's hat.

To install, unpack your data2.cpk and move the files in the folder to the data/chara/FRI folder. repack and put the new data2.cpk in you xenoverse folder.
