Full Power Super Saiyan Blue is essentially Mastered or Complete Super Saiyan Blue from the manga. I've removed the "Glow' or shine from the transformation to make the Aura-less look feel more natural. In addition, Strike skills will grow stronger the more enemies you KO in this form. (I'm not sure if this stays if you de-transform or not.)
USE THIS DIVINE POWER TO END A WAYWARD GOD'S AMBITIONS!
Install Lazybones First as it will always need to be installed when dealing with MODDED transformations. atleast on CaC characters.
and then XV2ins (The Xenoverse 2 Mod Installer.)
1.1 (Nothing)
1.2 (Added "Alternate Visual Options" if you want a lighter hair color. but i DO recommend the normal version's darker color.)

Very nice mod i like the way the aura stays for awhile before being put out also if you do not mind would you spill the saunce on how you did this? or atleast the software you used to make this Mastered like state i would like to try and make somthing like this myself

pretty cool. i would say the buff resets by de-transforming. i tested it against metal coolers. But i have a skin change in my upper face which looks off. i dont know what it causes but the other ssj blue mods are working fine. the eyes are very good but like mentioned it looks weird arround the eyes. (I only use syf). The hair color is sexy. good mod like always!
