So the issue with some of your skills and why they dont show up in the shop or your skills list. You have U_0A set to 46 in the IDB tab when it should be set to -1 in the skill editor. This is why they dont show up in either lists, so for those who cant get certain skills to work, open the skill in the skill editor tool and click the IDB tab, make sure the U_0A option is -1.

Gamma Blaster, Core Breaker, and Super Gamma Blaster don’t appear in the shop at all.

Some of us have, it will show the skill in the skills tab in the editor but the skills themselves dont show up in the game. The only ones i cant use are Core breaker and Gamma blaster but everything else seems to be fine. The skills seem to look right and doesnt seem like theres any problem with it, so i installed everything and only reinstalled those 2 skills and like i said they show up in the save editor under ur skills tab but when you look at them in game their not even listed in your bag / skills.
Just letting you be aware. Otherwise everything else is pretty good. Little light on the damage though compared to the DLC versions.

Open the skills in question with the skill editor tool, go to the IDB tab and where it says U_0A change it to -1 instead of 46. Then save it and reinstall the skill via the XV2 mod installer. You should then be able to use it.
