Yes, that's another Goku Black SSJ4 mod. But it's my vision, equipped skills, voicelines (custom voiceset and custom/gk4 (his voice is very similar to black base voice) voicelines... And there are not so many mods on the site, that would remove the skirt completely.)
Eng/Jap voice and full language support.
