Homing Kamehameha

Probably the first and only mod I'm going to upload.

I've made the Kamehameha and X10 Kamehameha chase the target when fired. Excuse the silly and/or broken effects. The Kamehamehas aren't really made for homing on the target.

Faster Travel Speed, Range and Passable tracking. It doesn't hit when the target has Invincibility Frames (I-Frames) and the projectile does weird curves when that happens.

Also as a bonus.. A joke rather. I included a Flash Bomber with more speed, range, no I-Frames after contact, and changed stagger effect. Another joke skill. I never could get the Jecht  Shot in FFX for the life of me. So I made a Spirit Bomb with crazy tracking and deals Z hits.

1.1 : Added Homing Majin Kamehameha, Nerfed tracking and travel speed of Kamehamehas. Kamehamehas tracking now improves the more you charge it and travel speed is as fast as a fully charged vanilla Kamehameha.
