Hi! Just like Cell Jr. this is the original character from DIMPS, i just added to him the missing combos taking part from Vados, Whis and Zamasu Fusion to make a full moveset like any other characters. Sadly change his "base" files messed up his original skills so you have to install other ones for the CaC :
