Max Power for HUM/SYM

A new transformation for human and saiyan males made using Eternity's skill creator and the new BCS editing tool! Massively increase your strength and muscle mass at the cost of your health! Also increases your height to 120% the tallest you can choose, meaning someone at height 1 will grow significantly more than someone at height 4.

Grants a 15% increase to all damage dealt and a 15% increase in damage received. Slowly drains your health and halves stamina costs (SSBKK modifier)
