Note's second outfit from DB Heroes. I only included the colorable version this time since you can match the original colors pretty well that wa as well.
I wish I could the skirt longer but without it being animated it looks bad.
Replaces Videl's Clothes.
I want to try to make her base hairstyle and SSJ hairstyle. I'll see how that turns out.
Drop the files into data/chara/HUF.

i have a really big request. (i dont know how to do it) is it possible to have the bottom part of the cloak connected to the lower body. i just want to go ssj4 without being cloakless
