Ranger 17 moveset for SYF/HUF (tail animations)

The Ranger 17 moveset for HUF/SYF with some slight personal tweaks made based on my personal tastes. Nothing too fancy, I just swapped out some of the animations for Android 18, such as the base standing and running animation. I also provided her with Fu's stance for the SSJ3 transformation.

One important note; While the moveset works 99% as far as I can tell, I just, no matter what I did, could not make Ranger 17's full Weak Combo have every hit land all of the time. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't, it's really weird. Although, let's be honest, even on Ranger 17 himself, his Weak Combo is pretty iffy. Other than that though she's good to go. Please let me know if any other combos feel wonky or off that I may not have noticed.
