I had seen a mod of a super big spirit bomb with enhanced effects, you should do that with many of the ultimates and ki blasts from Xenoverse 2, it would be a pretty famous mod, just by increasing the size and adding some overlay textures of the same color with some lightning bolts you would have everything.
