I'm sorry if this mod doesn't work properly when attacking a heavy combo, specifically at the beginning with the first attack. It happens right after the transformation.
The solution is a change in the transformation modification in the transformation section at the very bottom. Please uncheck the teleportations and save, then install the transformation mod again.
Now possible with HUM/HUF SYM/SYF with Tail support.
