Heatwave Impact, Omegaheat Magnetron and Mastered Ultra Instinct do not appear in the shop

I can never load into a game when I try to use mui does anyone know why?

None of the Ults are in the shop for me.

Same problem here, heatwave impact along with the other 2 ults dont appear to be in the shop nor in the skills menu

Found a fix. Skill should appear in shop and work as intended.
1. Load up skill in skill create via xvins
2. Change these values
U_OC to 32
U_24 to 0
U_0A to -1
Save and reupload.
