For those that might know me from SRIV modding, you already know what this is .

Skinballs is a Saints Row IV test npc, that we discovered through one of Volition's stream of a debug build of the game .

I decided to make a mod which made you able to play as this character for SRTT, as well as for SRIV .

This being my most popular mod, as well as the last one I did for SRIV, I decided to bring this character to XV2 just for fun .

The character is absolutely broken, probably not the most OP, but quite OP .
