SSJ/SSB Goku more accurate anime hair (OFFICIAL RELEASE)

This mod changes Goku's SSJ and Blue hair to make it resemble the anime more by adding the little bang that sticks out rather than the flat hair design you get ingame. Please note that the screenshots don't really capture it very well because of blur and lack of zoom in. It looks much better ingame.
