Super Android 13 

I am really happy with how this turned out and I hope you all like it as much as I do. So far the things I want to add is a full custom voice. I've only given it a custom voice on the selection screen so far.

I gave him Android 13's fighting style and his moveset

2018 Update

Hello again fellow modders! Didn't think i'd be back updating this mod, but here I am. Any way, with update I have added new textures, voice/moveset/fighting style changes and new glove, hair and face models. Overall I think this is the cleanest looking version I've done!

Updates

• Added Super Android 13 in supervillian form
• Added Custom Portraits (Credit to MockingBird for the Supervillian portriat)
• Updated the model, I made the neck, shoulders, arms and hands bigger, along with shortening the torso and making the pants longer.
• Fixed the Gap that was on the back of the neck
• Changed standing animation so the hands are less messed up (fighting style still Bojacks)
• Added glowing yellow eyes
• Changed the hair color to be more accurate
• Moved the hands slightly so they're not clipping into the arms as much
• Changed the standing animation again so he isn't floating off the ground
• Noticed that I accidentally changed the shade of blue on the bust, so I changed it back
