Here's a straightforward Ultimate skill that takes inspiration from Android 17's Meteor Attack from Dragon Ball FighterZ! I really liked FighterZ's interpretation of 17's attack and thought it'd be fun to add in Xenoverse 2. Due to Xenoverse 2's Super Electric Strike having a massive hitbox, the disc is much MUCH larger in comparison, but it does work the same as the vanilla skill. It is also usable by all CaCs!
