Includes: Super Saiyan 4 Forehead (Male & Female)
Installs Super Saiyan 4 Forehead as a new option in Create a Character
Transformable: Eyeline & Tail match hair color, transforming with BCS colors only
NonTransformable: Eyeline & Tail can have two separate colors than the hair color, though they'll keep base form colors when transforming
No tail version is available, it's an option in the Installer.

Tail Animations: Included in the Installer, make sure to select correct options. Example: Don't install tail animations if already using a custom moveset (If moveset doesn't have tail support, ask author to add tail support)

I have somekind of Bug with the tail that for some reason it’s dragging on the ground.

its probably because you have a moveset on
