Supportive Surge! (CaC)
Large thanks to TheTrueHq for permission to use their Surge skill as a base.
So how Supportive Surge works is:
Restores Health (Activation so you can kinda spam that.)
Buffs Allies (I don't think it stacks but if it does, you can spam that.)
And it looks neat (Unique Aura, and the best part is It takes up just 1 texture so it hardly effects the Aura limit.)

Mm..using this:
1. I don’t see any healing on activation, but I do see the +100 ki on use.
2. It’s hard to judge the ally boost, and it’s not 100% clear on if it works off their KOs or yours, nor if it’s in effect.

First things off: you can see clearly how the aura loop resets every 4or5 seconds. For some reason i dont heal at all when activating the skill. The animation and sound files are very satisfying
