Tarble : The Second Saiyan Prince (Manga Design)
This is a mod about the Vegeta's younger brother, that appears in the Manga Special (and Tv OVA), "Heya!, Goku and Friends Return!!", in that case i tried to recreate the design that was used in the manga adaptation, that Tarble looks more similar to his Big Brother Vegeta (lV) and his Father King Vegeta (lll).
All stuff was taked from game and edited for Tarble.
Face is the face from Jeice that was edited for use in Tarble, also face eyes.
Moveset was taked from "Kid Vegeta" Made By SeizePower, thanks to him for give me a permission to use the moveset from his Kid Vegeta.
Hair is the wig of vegeta ssb, with a change of color and i edit some spikes to recreate Tarble's hair.
About the skills, has some skills similar to vegeta from saiyan saga.( but with low stats because as you know, tarble is not a elite warrior).

Honestly kinda sad they only threw tarble in for a special would have been cool to see tarble more and have him interact with his niece and nephew and etc
