A playable version of Tosok, the Namekian fighter from Conton City who can increase your levels.

His moveset/voice are using basic CaC assets. I gave him a few extra recolored vanilla costumes to church him up a bit

I'd recommend having Azura's Aura Pack, and lazybones' New Transformations pack installed to avoid any conflictions; he uses the Divine Potential transformation.
