True One-Handed Kamehameha

Replaces animation for "Super Kamehameha" with the "Breaker Energy Wave" animation.

I know that the Super Kamehameha isn't the best move to edit because it's so commonly used with a bunch of other characters, but hopefully the animation is cool enough so that it doesn't bother you too much.

I'm gonna try and experiment with replacing the animations for different moves with the "Breaker Energy Wave" animation to see if I can get better results. I already tried it on the "Full Power Energy Wave" but It didn't work very well.

Use patcher method (drop the "data" folder into your XV2 directory)
