    Ultimate Impact (Dragon Fist SPA slot)

    Dragon Fist Converted into the SPA skill slots. As i said on my previous mod, i do not know how to transfer the aura effects from different category  skills (ULT -> SPA etc) so there will be no dragon, so i renamed it into Ultimate Impact since it reminds me of Gogeta SS4 skill from tenkaichi 3

    Also i've increased the animaiton speed to 1.2 from 1.0 Use genser on .BAC file and replace all "Animation_speed=1.2"  back to 1.0 or however fast or slow you like.
