This is my fav cac from DBXV2 so since every1 is posting these cac mods I decided to do that as well. If u dont like moveset or stats u can always change it, because this cac is made for melee play. I use Tien's "Haaaaaah" super soul to nulify dmg from Kamehameha moves cuz they r pretty strong and popular moves so that super soul is fine with me. Cac's name, Val, is pun from my actual name.
