theres no installer for me

would this cause conflicts with Blue Evolution Vegeta? because whenever i install any different moveset for vegeta or vegeta blue it also messes up with Blue Evolution Vegeta moveset

it won’t, because SSBE Vegeta uses the Base Vegeta animation so it won’t have any effect unless you mess around with the Base Vegeta files
