How come Fusion Zamasu made Vegetto bleed, but Goku Black even with SS3FP was as useless as NuBroly? not to mention how useless Rose 2 was

well when you think about it if goku went ssjb3 it would be weaker than ssjbkkx20 so ssjr3 would be the same if not maybe cloe to goku ssjb3 so goku black wouldnt actually be that strong in ssjr3 and fused zamasu was a potaru fusion between already ssjr goku black and zamasu and potaru multipies the two powers by dozens

I think power levels are really a pain in Super but in Heroes they are just a nightmare… like where do you place the Ultra Instinct SIgn GB defeated effortlessly even without Rose2? or the berserker blue of Vegeta? Merged Zamasu killed Hit in the manga with more effort than what it took to Goku Black to demlosih Sign… also it might be headcanon but I just can’t sake how Evolve Blue of Vegeta can’t be stronger than Sign and when I think of Evolved I directly think of Super Vegeta power up but for Blue and Berserker something like Majin yet Berserker is stronger than Sign…
In original series Super Vegeta and FP SS of Goku who fought Cell were already established to be far away from each other so I honestly doubt SS2 and 3 are a small multiplier like Heroes thinks…hell I remember Bardock with Mask doing well against SS4…. So I guess I should stop trying to make sense of this mess
