XV2 – Vegeta’s transformable hair for male Humans/Saiyans (Normal -> SSj -> SSj blue)

As kindly requested by Jeice✨, here's Vegeta's hair!

Base hairstyle is colorable like every other hairstyle ingame, SSj is basically the same hairstyle but yellow-colored and ssj2 becomes SSj blue.

The eyebrows of SSj blue aren't correct, I'll fix that as soon as I understand some bcs mechanics!

Unpack data2.cpk, put my files in chara/HUM and repack.

1.0 - first release with normal->SSj->SSj blue
