Naruto

I picked Naruto over Yamcha because I feel like his moveset fits well. The rapid punches and scratches with his Kunai fit well. The Spirit Ball works well as a Rasengan. If I ever figure out how to edit the color of the Spirit Ball to match the color of the Rasengan, i'll go ahead and update this to include it. 

Announcer call isn't as good as I wanted, but it's kind of hard to splice them well. 

Comes with full UI and recolors.
