I tried it and the whole head part is messed up in-action and the hair is messed up even on the character select screen

This not working for anyone else?
I’ve got Mr.-Satan-Beta.rar in my ~mods folder, but it has no effect in game, still just old Nappa on CSS.

You have to extract it to get the pak and sig
