I don’t know if I’m too late to tell you this, but Videl has a unique option that allows her to change her hairstyle by holding the LB or L1 button on the controller. I’m not sure what the buttons are for pc, but this option essentially allows you to change skin. So by pressing and holding the LB or L1 you get the Bunny costume. I hope this comment was helpful. 🙂
