Bright Sky and HD Clouds V4

 I fixed it! Again....

This time, it should actually be fixed. 

This is mod to make the sky have more summerish colors. It also includes an HD clouds mod. This time, I've modified the sky pretty heavily. In the previous versions, the sky looked really bright during the night, and I also accidently broke the clouds. 

Thanks to voxbox13 and lcapol for all the help! 

If you don't want the clouds, delete the weather folder inside textures.
