Grappling Overhaul
i decided to make an overhaul for Grappling because i dont like the range and Durability, this mod improves all aspects of grappling, like increasing 60% the default range of grapple, Durability Increased by 300% now ataching cars is and people is better,force is increased by 300% Militarys and peoples flyes 7 feets when grabbing it,speed is decreased by 20% for realistic pull,Grapple is more bigger to balance the new range and durability.
