Heavy lifting Black Market Mod

Its a black market mod i made. Its not the best but it works fine... All the standard black market items (not DLC or Collectors edition items) are free but not to upgrade(that means you CAN upgrade them but its not free). The new stuff is the Bering and the uh-62 quapaw.
