Unlock All Tether + Wingsuit Mods

This file will unlock, permanently (unlike trainers), all the Wing-suit and Tether mods.

Using this mod WILL NOT change your story/ base progress/etc. -- IT WILL unlock the above mods and should only affect your mods (not the gears themselves).

You can activate and de-activate as you would normally.

For some reason however when you reopen the menu they will be grey (yet still say "active).

Place file here (savegame folder): C:_Users_UserName_Documents_Square Enix_Just Cause 3_Saves_765611980xxxxxxxxx

I recommend you make a backup of that whole folder, elsewhere.

This may potentially lock upgrades I didn't have that you had? Though I'm not sure as I don't have a save to test that with.
