1. Go into your bakkesmod folder

for me is "C:(your users)ADMINAppDataRoamingbakkesmodbakkesmod

2. And.. "data > acplugin > DecalTextures

3. After you come in DecalTextures folder you can drop my "Octane-Ghostbusters" folder in there
