Pre-Timeskip Tony Tony Chopper + Going Merry, Drum Island Stages

Tony Tony Chopper from One Piece. This is his Pre-Timeskip version and comes with a Strong World alternate outfit, a Drum Island stage and I added the very first version of him (which was only a resprite, but the new versions are custom) to the downloads, because it contains the Going Merry stage mod too.

Important note:
The mod has custom moveset, but due to the 3 category limit I couldn't add the custom category to it.

Put the data file into your SSF2's data folder and don't forget to make a backup.
