Post-Timeskip Tony Tony Chopper + Alabasta Docks stage

Tony Tony Chopper's Post-Timeskip variation. His moveset varies from the Pre-Timeskip version a lot and just like that one this also comes with a stage. The stage in particular is the docks that can be found in Alabasta's shores.

-Side note regarding the video: the release video was taken down by a false flagger so I couldn't recover it, but the download can be found in the W.I.P. video's pinned comment too.

Important note:
The mod has custom moveset, but due to the 3 category limit I couldn't add the custom category to it.

Put the data file into your SSF2's data folder and don't forget to make a backup.
