Hisoka and Illumi + Heaven’s Arena Stage

Hisoka Morow and Illumi Zoldyck from Hunter x Hunter and custom mods. The move has 3 variations: a duo version where Hisoka and Illumi work together in a Zelda and Sheik styled character and both of them have a solo version where the down special's swap mechanic is replaced with a character specific attack. They also come with a Heaven's Arena stage also from Hunter x Hunter obviously.

Important note:
The mod has custom moveset, but due to the 3 category limit I couldn't add the custom category to it.

Put the data file into your SSF2's data folder and don't forget to make a backup.
