Won’t work in cutscenes! No shirtless model!
Now works in cutscenes BUT the regular outfit will have a screwed up face because it is on Date’s skeleton, only the shirtless will look fine.

“Custom” model with “custom” textures, doesn’t replace models or textures but adds a new gmd, and the bin file tells the game to load that model for default Kiryu.

It was a fun little practice for me. Mashed up Kiryu, Date (which is why the files are actually called datekiryu), and Majima. Made a fun little character, Kiryu looks good in black.

Of course, there are a few issues. Some animations don’t work with the coat physics so they go back to default (game’s fault). The coat on
the inside on the upper part has no covering so you can see through it,
but most of the time you won’t notice (also game’s fault).
Finally, there are STILL some clipping issues, mostly not noticeable in action but as you can see in the images, it’s with the eyepatch, but it has been slightly improved. I think I fit it to Kiryu’s face in the worst way possible lol. It’s not that bad though.
