these are Gibbed's tools, all of em, inclusive the Model Viewer (which is actually not that useful since you still cant save your models)

 after seeing how hillarious the process was to aquire the model viewer i decided to spare the rest of you the hazzle and uploaded the stuff after i compiled it

the pack also contains a programm called model viewer 2, its still experimental and doesnt work so far, i kept it inside nevertheless

it also includes a simple tutorial which you could also find here on this page (if you were sherlock holmes) written by FRX, to folllow this tutorial you will need some kind of HEX editor
