Join The Panau Army

Now, you can join the Panau army and fight together the factions.

 You never get heat, and you can aboard government vehicles without problems.

MORE! YOU CAN KILL GOVERNMENT SCUM WITHOUT GETTING ANY PROBLEMS!!

But don't try to go to Faction's Lair or you will be slaughtered...

Only issue I have founded is the government soldiers are marked in the crosshair as enemys, but they never attacks you. Vice versa with factions vehicles.

 Of course, the soldiers sill calling you "Citizen" (In better of cases... xD), but I can't do nothing with this. Otherwise, doesn't cares....
