Hello! Thank you for being interested in my weapon mod!

IMPORTANT: THIS MOD IS INTENDED TO BE USED WHILE PLAYING JUST CAUSE 2 ON THE HIGHEST DIFFICULTY SETTING, IT IS NOT INTENDED TO MAKE THE GAME ANY EASIER.

This is the first modification that I have submitted to Just Cause 2 mods, so feedback is especially welcome.

The purpose of this modification is to make gunplay in JC2 a more intriguing experience, especially when playing on the highest difficulty. Also, I noticed that on the highest difficulty setting, certain weapons in JC2 turn out to be vastly inferior to the other weapons, and I aim to change that.

It would take quite a bit of space to go into specific detail regarding the alterations I Have made to specific weapons, but such information can be found in the "notes" file included with the download.

General alterations:

Most damage values have been raised, but not in such a way that makes them overly powerful.

I have attempted to create a sort of "Specialization" mechanic through the upgrade system*, and in order to remain effective/lethal as the game progresses, players will have more incentive to upgrade their favorite/best weapons.

The performance of weapons will increase dramatically with every upgrade, following a "curved" model. What this means is that the per-upgrade performance increase will be raised more and more with each upgrade level.

*as of the first release(1.0), I'm still not familiar enough with the recoil values to comfortably include alterations to them. This WILL change in the future.

Sorry for the long wait. Vehicle weapon mods are still pending, but I've been doing some tweaks to the grappling hook that you all might like.
