Bugatti La Voiture Noire 2019 (add-on)

hello, the car in this mod is the Bugatti La Voiture Noire 2019, it has a W16 , 4 turbos and 1500 HP, the car can reach a top speed of 417 km/h(259.1 mph) in real life, you can probably reach a higher top speed in the game. Bugatti made 1 model of that car it costs ~11 millions € (11 395 340 $) and the car got updated in 2021 so this car mod is the prototype of 2019, I will make the 2021 model later.

THE CAR WILL SPAWN BY A SETTING FILE SO I MADE IT COMPATIBLE WITH ALL LUKE JC'S CARS MODS IF YOU WANT TO INSTALL A LUKE JC'S CAR MOD, DO NOT CHANGE THE spawn_vehicle_defs.bin FILE IN THE SETTING FOLDER BECAUSE THE BUGATTI LA VOITURE NOIRE WILL NOT SPAWN IN GAME.
