The easisest way to start levitating is to get 10m ish off the ground while parachuting, close your parachute and begin firing the RPG. Arrow keys can be used to move Rico around while levitating.

Same as any other mod. Toss the files in a dropzone, set the launch options and blow everything to smithereens.
